About Ryan McClanahan, ABR®, PSA, LRS

Hello there! My name is Ryan McClanahan, Nashville REALTOR®. Originally from just north of Atlanta, GA, my heart led me to Nashville in 2011 where I attended Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Music Business. I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and I’ve been proud to call Music City home ever since.

Music has always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy performing as a drummer and percussionist with my Allman Brothers tribute band, End of the Line.

Alongside music, I’ve spent years working directly with people; driving for Uber and Lyft gave me a deep knowledge of Nashville’s neighborhoods, and my time at Warby Parker sharpened my customer service and problem-solving skills. Those experiences naturally led me to real estate, where I now combine local insight with a client-focused approach.

I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and investors across the city, from condos in vibrant urban neighborhoods to single-family homes in Nashville’s most sought-after communities. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations, which allow me to provide expert guidance in both purchasing and selling. I take pride in making the process clear and approachable, ensuring every client feels confident and supported through each step.

I’m based out of the Green Hills office with Crye-Leike Realtors, where I work alongside trusted mentors and brokers with decades of experience.
